Perfect for backyards, private venues, parks, and locations where our truck simply can’t go. (Propane Gas is used. However if this is not an option, we can bring the food ready to go.) No, the truck won’t be coming along 😂 but our amazing team will! We bring the grills, tables, ice, warming equipment, and everything we need to create the La Calaca experience right at your event. Because this setup requires additional equipment, staff, loading, unloading, setup and breakdown, there is an additional $200 service fee. This includes 2 full hours of serving time with our team. Setup and breakdown times are separate and do not count toward your two hours of service.
