Having a Party and want to WOW your guests?
Well, We are the answer!!! :) Simply send an email or text with details about your event, and leave the rest to us! No tricky situations, just make sure you book with time. Dates are available on a first come first serve basis. We also work directly with Roaming Hunger so feel free to book us there as well.
What's our minimum? Great question. We require a $1,000 minimum to pull our truck in to any event. This is a 2 hour service window. We require a 30-45 min set up time and 30-45 min breakdown time aside from your event time! We do require a minimum of a 1 week notice, exceptions can be made but not guaranteed. Shoot us a text and if we can help we will! 50% Non-Refundable Deposit is required on any reservation. Service to any location outside of city will incur a Travel & Service Fee of up to *$1,000 (these events require Full payment by no less than 48 hours prior to the event.) Anything within a 30 mile radius we can typically avoid this fee. ( Please note these fees cover non operating labor hours, gas, propane, stateline fees and tolls, taxes to individiual states, cities, and counties, increased insurance for both our vehicle and our business, and increased employee insurance.)
Pricing is based on a minimum of 50 guests at your event at a $20 average check. We DO NOT adjust this average. It is our set cost per person. Allow us to explain what this includes: 3 Tacos Max Per Person (any overages would move into the next plate to maintain food cost. Quantities will be measured by plate counts and once the last 5 are left we will inform the person in contract to approve any ongoing overages at $20 per person. So let's envision this! Your guest would line up and order their tacos. We would then hand those to them hot and fresh off the grill! At this point they would head over to our service table where they will be free to add and build their own tacos to their liking! Below find some pics just for reference :) We can get as creative as you need us to be :) Feel free to talk to us about Aguas Frescas ( Our Strawberry Lemonade is chefs kiss!) and dessert options! We can get as creative as you need us to be!!! Each additional service has an upcharge, however, we are happy to discuss all of this with you on a as needed basis.
